eSPACE

CLICK HERE to submit a work order or campus reservation. eSpace is where we request and manage room reservations and set-ups and submit work order requests. Some spaces on campus require approval from an overseeing ministry manager.


USER TIPS:

Unavailable Items - If you receive an error notice regarding unavailable items, check to ensure that the dates you included didn’t land on a holiday or campus closure date. You can find and delete those singular dates under ‘Occurrences.’

Room Block - If you need a room blocked during or after your event set-up is complete so that your space is not interrupted before your event happens, select Room Block in the services section. Leave a note at the end of your reservation regarding the room block details OR email Eileen Quimpo with the room block details. She completes a separate reservation that does not include A/C, so space cannot be utilized between your set-up time and your event start time.

Calendar - You can pre-check if space is available by checking out the main calendar, where all events are listed. The current date is shaded, and days outside of the current month are lined out to help you determine where you are in the month. You can hover over any listed event for more specific info regarding the reservation.

Occurrences - If you have a recurring reservation, the easiest way to make adjustments, whether to delete a date or add details, is to go to the Occurrences section in your reservation. If you need a set-up change for just one week, you can go into that occurrence and request changes for that individual date only.

Day-Of Reservations 

When a reservation needs to be submitted on the day of an event and requires approval and/or a new or different room set-up, please check with Tony Centracchio to receive verbal approval first. 

Upon receiving approval, submit your reservation and then make personal contact with the appropriate approver to ensure your space is cleared and available in the required time.  

Please note that the day-of reservation cannot be guaranteed. Although the space may be available, the set-up may need to stay as is and may not be adequately cooled/heated if a reservation is only made a few hours before the start time.
