Baptism Scheduling

If you have an attendee who is asking about being baptized, you can direct them to the Baptism page on our website, where they can submit a baptism interest form. Once an interest form response has been received, the requestor is provided with a list of designated staff to contact based on their life stage and then a Baptism Meeting is scheduled with the appropriate staff. The Baptism Scheduling Request form is to be completed by a Casas Church pastor/director/leader, on behalf of a baptism candidate, in conjunction with baptism counseling. Once a request has been submitted, direct follow-up questions to Jessica Miller.

The following staff has been designated to facilitate baptism meetings and complete the scheduling request on behalf of our requesting congregation:


Communications Calendar

To subscribe to the Communications Calendar: 

  • Open your Google calendar

  • At the bottom of the left-hand column, it says: “Other Calendars” 

  • Click on the + sign

  • Select “Subscribe to Calendar”

  • Calendar: “Casas Communications”


Graphics Requests

Ministry areas will have access to Church Media Squad and the ability to request and design their graphics based on need. If you need to be added to Church Media Squad as a user or have not received training on request submissions, please contact Jenny Kempf
The Creative Team will oversee the development and implementation of all Church-wide event graphics, sermon series graphics, and other church-wide graphics as needed. The development time frame should ideally be two weeks before the beginning of the promotion. 


In-Service Host/Vision Spots

The Communications Director is always looking for those interested in acting as “host” on Sunday mornings on platform. Please reach out to the Communications Director if you’re interested in taking part in Sunday mornings or you know of someone who would be excellent at it. If you have something that needs to be communicated during this/these moments in service please contact Communications Director three weeks in advance of the communication need. Once again, communication needs are not always known that far in advance and the Communications Director will accommodate those needs whenever possible. 


Mission Story Collection

With the upcoming mission launch Creative is looking for stories to further drive home the meaning of the three missional words: Accepted, Loved, and Free. Don't hesitate to share any stories that have significantly resonated with you lately because we are not wanting to put particular emphasis on one word or another. We are open to any and all stories. We are building a database of stories that we can reference whenever we are creatively planning a service. When you have a story in mind, please email videoproduction@casaschurch.org. In the email, if you could include the person(s) Name & contact info and we will handle the rest! Even the smallest stories can have the biggest impact!

eNewsletter - This newsletter goes out on Friday morning to anyone in our congregation who has signed up to receive it. HERE is the link to sign-up for the eNewsletter.

If you have content you’d like to have included in the eNewsletter, email your info to eweekly@casaschurch.org before Tuesday at noon.

Staff Newsletter - This newsletter goes out to staff on Tuesdays. If you have ministry info you’d like to have included, email eileenq@casaschurch.org before Monday at noon.


Social Media

  • Submissions or brief meeting at least one week before the announcement/communications need for generic post** on main church channels can submit the request via communications@casaschurch.org 

    ** If a special graphic is required, please submit a request at least two weeks before the desired timeframe of event promotion for the development of any graphic design elements 
    ** Advance notice preferred for video promotion content. Please fill out this form for all video requests from Video Production Director. Timelines based on project scope, depth, and complexity are included in the form.

Requests should be made by the timeline listed below:
Motion Graphics / 4 weeks needed
Narrative / 6 weeks needed
Talking Head / 2 weeks needed
Ministry Announcement Video / 2 weeks needed
Ministry Story Video / 4 weeks needed
All other miscellaneous video requests should be made 4 weeks out from date needed


Website Change Requests

Website changes - Please submit all website change requests using this link. Changes will be made on Fridays by Jamie Hansen. If you have questions related to the website, please email them to website@casaschurch.org.

All graphics being used on the website must be created by an approved source, including Exo Designs (Andrea Benjamin) or Church Media Squad. If you need urgent assistance with graphics, check in with Jenny Kempf or Brittany Brown.

When requesting graphics for your web pages, please follow the sizing recommendations below.
**If you request an event or group page, you will need to request/provide two graphics - the regular one with any text and then a blank style one to be used as a background image.

Hero Images / Background Hero Images: max width of 1600px wide.

Sermon Thumbnails: 660x460 px

Groups/Section Images/Articles: 630x400 px

Video Thumbnails: 1340x660 px

Profile Images (Square or Circles): 600x600 px
